Pharmaceutical Practice 

We have for over 50 years successfully represented clients in the pharmaceutical and agricultural chemical fields. This work has included representing client interests in treating human and animal health, plant (crop) protection, wood treatment, food production and pest control. These innovations were based on novel chemicals produced by a raft of technologies, primarily organic and inorganic chemistry processes.

We are at home with inventors and inventions in the pharmaceutical field and will work with inventors to discern their inventions, conduct freedom to operate searches and draft and prosecute patent applications for those inventions.
