EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

Jenny joined McCabe and Company in 1991, having previously been self-employed after working in advertising and the music industry. 

She responds to requests from local and overseas clients and associates which include providing information and cost estimates, filing trade mark, patent and design applications in New Zealand and Australia, preparing documents and tracking deadlines.

She is responsible for dealing with requests for information, procedures and costs for changes of name, assignments and similar transactions. .

Jenny is particularly experienced in:

Local and foreign Trade Mark, Patent and Design filings and prosecution;

Local and foreign Trade Mark, Patent and Design portfolio management.

Jenny also manages McCabe’s renewal operation.

She has a claim to the longest connection to the patent attorney profession in New Zealand, as she is descended from Andrew John Park, the founder of A J Park & Son. Jenny is interested in crafts, especially sewing. She is an accomplished pianist ( LCTL).
